Chancellor Rosa & Commissioner Elia Send Letter to NY Congressional Delegation Urging Them to Tell President Trump $9 Billion in Education Cuts Are Dead on Arrival

Board of Regents Chancellor Betty A. Rosa and 51³Ô¹ÏÍø State Education Commissioner MaryEllen Elia sent a letter to each member of 51³Ô¹ÏÍø’s Congressional delegation expressing concern over the devastating effects President Trump’s budget will have on educational, adult and cultural programs in 51³Ô¹ÏÍø. Chancellor Rosa and Commissioner Elia urge the delegation to tell President Trump that his budget is dead on arrival.
