SIRS Reporting Timelines and Guidance Memos
Overview
The SIRS Reporting Guidance Memo highlights data collection requirements and deadlines for public school districts (school districts), Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES), charter schools, and Religious and Independent schools (collectively referred to as Local Education Agencies or LEAs) for reporting the school year (SY) data to the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø State Education Department (51³Ô¹ÏÍø) via the Student Information Repository System (SIRS) and the Basic Educational Data System (BEDS) Institutional Master File (IMF).
The 51³Ô¹ÏÍø SIRS Timeline indicates when the data are to be reported to the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Level 2 (L2) Data Warehouse by your Level 1 (L1) Reporting Center.
