If you are a school within 51³Ô¹ÏÍø State seeking administrative access to the TEACH Online system, this guide will walk you through the step-by-step process.

Step 1: Complete the Administrative Access Request Form

To request or modify your institution's access to TEACH Online, you must complete the forms associated with your school type below.

Ensure that all information provided is accurate, including the signature of the authorized requester (refer to the chart below) and the correct institution ID number verified through the SEDREF Database. Providing precise information will help prevent processing delays.

To obtain your school's institution ID number or to verify that your administrative positions are current in SEDREF, please contact Data Support at datasupport@nysed.gov.

Please not that in order to be granted administrative access to the TEACH Online system by our office, your organization must be a recognized 51³Ô¹ÏÍø State school verified through the SEDREF database.

Step 2: Submitting the Form For Review

Please submit the completed form as a PDF attachment via email to TEACHHELP@nysed.govÌýwith the subject line: "ADMINISTRATIVE ACCESS" for review.

Step 3: After the Form Has Been Reviewed

If a submitted form has been approved,Ìýwe will send an email to each authorized user with their login credentials for the granted administrative access. Additionally, we will notify the individual who submitted the form to inform them that the request has been processed and that the authorized users have received their credentials.ÌýIf the form is denied,Ìýwe will notify the individual who submitted the form via email and advise them to contact the designated official who signed the form on behalf of the institution. The requesting official will receive an email detailing any necessary corrections before submitting an updated form for review.

Step 4: Confirm System Access

Once the authorized user(s) have received the email with their login credentials, please instruct them to reply to the email to confirm successful access to their account(s). If they encounter any issues or have questions, kindly inform us by replying to the corresponding email ticket or Ìýso we can provide support.
