If you are having trouble creating or accessing your TEACH Online account, make sure you are using a DESKTOP/LAPTOP COMPUTER browser with a cleared history.

Follow these steps for assistance:

To Open An InPrivate/Incognito Window

Make sure you are using a DESKTOP/LAPTOP COMPUTER. Phones/tablets are NOT COMPATIBLE with the TEACH Online system.

  • In the upper right-hand corner of Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge, there are three dots found under the "X"
  • Click the dots.
  • The 3rd choice down is either "New Incognito window" (Chrome) or "New InPrivate window" (Edge)
  • Click "New Incognito window" to open.

Payment Issues

To make payments through the TEACH Online system, acceptable credit card options include Visa and Mastercard.

Please note that American Express and Discover are not accepted.

Using an unsupported payment method will result in errors when attempting to complete your transaction.

Once you have confirmed you are using an accepted form of payment, make sure you are using a DESKTOP/LAPTOP COMPUTER, as the TEACH Online system is not compatible with phones or tablets.
