Autism Training
A person or organization seeking approval as a provider shall submit to the department, an application on forms prescribed by the commissioner, with a fee of $600.

- If approved as a DASA training provider, instructions regarding how to electronically report workshop completers will be emailed to the address listed on your application
- Certification is valid for six years.
