Permanent Certificate
Permanent Certificate - School Administrator/Supervisor
Description A certificate of this type is issued as the advanced-level certificate for School Administrator/Supervisors through the certificate progression pathway. It is only issued to individuals who held a Provisional certificate and who complete the requirements for a Permanent certificate in that same title within the lifetime of the Provisional (which includes any time extension or renewal issued to qualified individuals).
Validity Valid for life, unless revoked or suspended for cause by the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø State Education Department.
Application Fee

$50 based on completion of a 51³Ô¹ÏÍø State approved program.

$100 using all other pathways.

Paper Certificate Printed? Yes, certificate will be mailed to the address on file in TEACH.

For the School Administrator/Supervisor (SAS) Permanent certificate, individuals must have two years of full-time administrative experience that was gained while holding a valid Provisional or Provisional Renewal SAS certificate. Individuals who hold an expired SAS Provisional certificate must apply for a Provisional RenewalÌýand then apply for the Permanent certificate after the Provisional Renewal is issued.

Please note that the Provisional Renewal is valid upon issuance and will not be backdated.
