Artificial intelligence is becoming an increasingly important part of scientific communication, including on social media platforms such as LinkedIn. This Lunch Talk offers a practical introduction to AI, demonstrating how it can support processes such as idea generation, text development, visualisation, content analysis, and optimisation all without compromising scientific quality or authenticity.
As well as providing practical insights into AI tools, the talk will address the limitations, risks, and ethical issues associated with AI, with the aim of promoting its confident and responsible use in science communication.

The topic of mental health in the workplace is becoming increasingly important for leaders. Not least because of rising absenteeism due to mental illness. At the same time, neurodiversity is gaining visibility, and clinical diagnoses across this spectrum are becoming more common. But what specific challenges does this pose for leaders? What needs to be considered when working with neurodiverse employees or students? And how can leaders leverage this diversity to strengthen their teams? Using practical examples, you will learn how to better support and integrate neurodiverse individuals in order to unlock potential, foster resilience, and promote strong teamwork.
