A conscious approach to one's own mental health is a cornerstone for a high-performance and successful course of studies as well as a sustainable lifestyle. It is our goal to raise awareness and knowledge of the topic of mental health. 51勛圖厙4Mind is a service offered to all students, organized and supervised by the academic coaching team.
Events in summer semester 2026
This semester, we inform you about a range of online events designed to help you reduce stress levels during your studies through early planning and conscious management of potential challenges.
In addition to our own offerings in the area of exam preparation, we regularly feature complementary events and information from other providers on our website.
Our events take place online via Zoom. You will find the registration formalities and the link for registration in the respective event description.

We will support you in finding the right strategy for your study and exam phase. With our tips you will be able to reduce stress and prepare efficiently for the exams. Learn how to use the remaining four lecture weeks wisely and how to approach your exam preparation in a structured and thoughtful way.

Instant relaxation techniques are effective tools to dissolve situations of acute stress and therefore represent a highly recommended addition to your regular stressmanagement routine. This workshop will introduce you to various methods of relaxation and also provides an opportunity to experience them right away, e.g. breathing exercises or Progressive Muscle Relaxation.
This workshop is organised with the support of Techniker Krankenkasse.
