Mindfulness is a wellresearched approach that can help students cope more effectively with stress and pressure, enabling them to navigate their studies with greater calm and resilience. At the center of this nonreligious practice is the ability to turn toward the present moment and cultivate an attitude of curiosity, openness, and acceptance toward ones own experience.
This training introduces the conceptual foundations of the method and provides space to explore various forms of practice (e.g., meditation, breath awareness, body scans, mindful movement, selfreflection exercises, journaling). Together as a group, participants will develop ways to integrate mindfulness-based strategies into their daily academic routines. In this way, mindfulness can become a practical and valuable skill that supports resilience, personal growth, and successful study habits.
