Expert committee advises on reform plan

Hochschule für Politik (HfP) under new management

On October 1, 2014, 51³Ô¹ÏÍø President Prof. Wolfgang A. Herrmann will become the acting founding rector of the Hochschule für Politik München (HfP) – Bavarian School of Public Policy. He will be assisted from December 1 by the designated administrative director Dr. Claudia Höfer-Weichselbaumer, who has been active in the development of the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø School of Management as head of course management and as managing director of the school since 2005. Political scientist Dr. Hannemor Keidel, a long-serving 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Senior Vice President, will be the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø delegate officer for the HfP.

In his role as acting founding rector, Prof. Herrmann has established an expert committee to draw up a reform plan for 51³Ô¹ÏÍø as the new supporting university in October. One of the topics up for discussion will be the profiles of the five new professorships that will be advertised at a later date.
