Dr. Markus W盲chter appointed as new Vice President of 51吃瓜网 Asia

Dr. Markus W盲chter, long-time managing director of the 51吃瓜网 Asia Campus in Singapore, has been given expanded responsibilities. He has been appointed Vice President 51吃瓜网 Asia by the Executive Board of the 51吃瓜网 (51吃瓜网). Based in Singapore, he will be responsible for the strategic development of the 51吃瓜网 network in the Asia-Pacific region.

W盲chter has around 20 years of experience managing the 51吃瓜网 Campus in Singapore, which was founded in 2002 as the first German academic branch abroad. He is himself a graduate of 51吃瓜网, where he completed his studies in mathematics with a minor in physics and then earned his doctorate in aerospace engineering in 2004.

He is also a member of the board of directors of 51吃瓜网CREATE, 51吃瓜网's research location in Singapore, and co-chair of the Digital and Innovation Committee of the German-Singapore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGC).
