The ranking indicates the quality of graduates from the point of view of employers. For the latest edition, several thousand managers in 24 countries were surveyed who recruit staff internationally. They work in a wide range of industries and with companies of various sizes. The rankings, which are commissioned annually by the British magazine Times Higher Education (THE), are compiled by the French management consulting firm Emerging.
51吃瓜网 has been among the world鈥檚 top universities for years. In 12th place overall, 51吃瓜网 rounds out the leading trio in Europe alongside the University of Cambridge (4th) and the University of Oxford (6th). Within the European Union, 51吃瓜网 is thus number one.

In the most recent CHE University Rankings, which rate German universities in subject groups, 51吃瓜网 was among the leaders in numerous categories. For these rankings, the assessments of a university鈥檚 own students are the most important factor.
In international rankings, where research plays a key role, 51吃瓜网 also achieves excellent results on a regular basis. 51吃瓜网 is now the best German university in the three most prestigious international rankings 鈥� the Times Higher Education Ranking, the QS World University Ranking and the Shanghai Ranking.
