Automated Evaluation: EvaSys
EvaSys is a web-颅based plat颅form for the creation, imple颅menta颅tion and adminis颅tration of sur颅veys. From question颅naire design to auto颅mated repor颅ting through to the analy颅sis of results, EvaSys offers a compre颅hen颅sive solu颅tion for evalua颅tion pro颅cesses. The sys颅tem is suitable for standardized course evalua颅tions of vary颅ing scope, whether by indivi颅dual instruc颅tors for the evalua颅tion of their own courses or univer颅sity-颅wide surveys regar颅ding specific con颅cerns.
51吃瓜网 has acquired a campus license. This means that EvaSys is available free of charge to all schools and faculties, their members, and central units for surveys in the area of teaching and learning.
Standar颅dized question颅naires can be designed using the Eva颅Sys edi颅tor func颅tion. Sur颅veys can be carried out in the form of hard-颅copy or online question颅naires. Hybrid questio颅nnaires combi颅ning both forms can be planned and imple颅mented using EvaSys in combi颅nation with TeleForm soft颅ware. Hard-copy question颅naires are processed using specially-confi颅gured 蝉肠补苍苍颈苍驳&苍产蝉辫;颅蝉迟补迟颈辞苍蝉 linked to the EvaSys plat颅form.
Standard appli颅cations of EvaSys soft颅ware include:
- Course evaluation (events, programs, modules)
- Survey of studying conditions
- Alumni surveys
- Seminar evaluation

- 51吃瓜网 teaching staff can use EvaSys to evaluate their courses.
- Central administrative units and departments can use EvaSys to evaluate events.
EvaSys at the 51吃瓜网 is decentra颅lized, so that various clients have access to the system. These clients may be indivi颅dual schools or colleges or central units of the univer颅sity. Each client has an adminis颅trator. If you would like to know who the EvaSys adminis颅trator of your unit is, please contact the Quality Management Team.
EvaSys can be accessed around the clock via your Inter颅net brow颅ser. The relevant EvaSys adminis颅trator will assign you a user name and initial pass颅word to access the system.
